Summer Infant Pop ‘n Play Portable Playard
This product is a life saver especially in the spring/summer months! This came
with me everywhere I went with my infant; beach, pool, back yard parties/BBQs,
wineries (mommy and daddy need some “me” time too), indoor parties…you
name it, it came with us! It’s extremely portable! It folds and unfolds very easily,
comes with a lightweight bag that fits comfortably over your shoulder for easy
carrying which is huge when you have a 4 year old and an infant in a stroller (plus
beach toys, chairs, coolers, etc.) It has a weather resistant canvas floor which is
great for the beach because it can just be hosed down (I would scrub it down with
saw Dawn afterwards). I highly recommend this product to moms with an infant!
I also highly recommend the Canopy (sold separately)
Cons
- One negative is that because it’s a thing canvas bottom, it’s not comfortable for an infant if you’re indoors on a hard floor or outdoors where there isn’t grass/sand (ie: pool, block party). I used a thick beach blanket underneath for my daughter.
- The only other negative I have is that the travel tote began to rip a little bit at the bottom from the weight of the play yard being carrier over my shoulder. That just shows how much I used this product with my daughter!
